The centre for training and education of the Institute together with the technical association for bakers and confectioners guarantees a future-oriented, practical professional advancement for representatives of baking industry, machanical engineering and supplying industry.

We offer you also traditional courses in our laboratories or also at your company. Topics are for example: Bread and rolls, Pastries, Cookies and slices.

Intercompany training

  • of baker's, confectioner's apprentices and salespersons in the federal state Brandenburg
  • Annually more than 500 apprentices

Preparation courses for master bakers and confectioners and sales managers

  • Offer of up to 5 full-time courses per year.
  • Up to 50 students successfully take the examination

Practice-related qualification

  • of managers of baking industry, supplying industry, and baking machines building
  • Organization of one-day and several-days courses on topical subjects
  • Individual training (also in-house training)
